  1. Are The Words I Am About To Say:

 

1. TRUTHFUL?
    “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.”
Exodus 20:16

2. HELPFUL?
    “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Proverbs 27:17

    “The lips of the wise spread knowledge, but the hearts of fools are
     not upright.” Proverbs 15:7

3. INSPIRATIONAL?
    “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but
     only what is helpful for building others up according to their
     needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” Ephesians 4:29

4. NECESSARY?
    “The heart of the righteous weighs its answers, but the mouth of
     the wicked gushes evil.” Proverbs 15:28

    “The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of
     the wise brings healing.” Proverbs 12:18

5. KIND?
    “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up
     anger…The soothing tongue is a tree of life, but a perverse tongue
     crushes the spirit.” Proverbs 15:1, 4
